Laggin

Hi All! I know I am laggin on my posts right now. I am being sucked up with school, and scholarships. I need a direction to take with this blog! So, if anyone has ANY ideas let me know. In our lives we all have people that come and go. There are the few that hold a special place in our hearts. I am here to share with all of you a few of my favorite people. I will be using Nick~Names as much as I can.

Sissy

My Girl! How to describe her? She is definitely her Mother's Daughter!! Very opinionated, and honest. Don't get her going because she will let you have it with everything she's got! It's not that she isn't a caring person, she will just tell you like it is even if she knows it might hurt your feelings. And for that I Love Her! (There are many more reasons, that's just one of many!) You have to watch how you word things around her because she will be the first to let you know the "Proper" way to say things. She is VERY selective on who she lets her guard down around. If you are one of the chosen few, there isn't a damn thing that she wouldn't do for you! She is a very easy going, and laid back person with the brain to back it all up. When she ventures out into the world I really feel sorry for those who tell her she "Can't" do or accomplish anything. In that aspect, she is like her Mother with an "Oh Yea? Watch me" attitude. But she is not one to make decisions. Don't give her a lot of choices or you may end up where ever you are all day! :)

My words I use to describe her are:
Strong, Opinionated, Honest, Friendly, Smart as hell (She helps me w/ college homework), Beautiful, Loyal, Dedicated!

Pride

I was thinking on my way home from school today about the word "Pride", and the different ways it is used. One feels pride at a job well done. Be it at home, school, or even work. There is the pride of buying a home. One can say, "Yup, That's MY home." There is also the pride of a new car. (Or used and new to you) One could say, "That's My ride". Of all the different variations of the word, I think that the Pride one feels for their children is the best. Because you know that you had a hand in it. And when it comes down to it, we all feel that pride! Whether we are birth parents, step parents, or even adoptive parents. There are all different forms of families these days, and I can guarantee you, if you ask any of them, they can give you at least 10 reasons why they are proud of someone!!! So I ask my readers this, Who are you proud of and why?? What role does that person play in your life? Is it a Big/Small role? Will all the petty stuff matter in the morning?
